A graduate of the Florida Institute of Technology, Noel Droor, P.E. has worked as civil engineer in the state of Florida for over 30 years. In that time, he has built an unmatched reputation in his field based on the foundation of his uncompromising integrity, innovation and creativity, and attention to detail in every project he has been involved in.

In his tenure as a civil engineer, Noel has designed, managed, and supervised commercial, institutional, and residential projects of varying size and complexity; while taking the time to address the intricacies and demands of each project individually in order to formulate innovative and economical solutions for each and every client. Noel is held in high esteem by his clients for his willingness to treat each project as if it was his own, approaching each with an unmatched level of dedication, and attentiveness.

Noel specializes in meeting each of his client’s unique needs in the areas of both site layout and infrastructure design, as well as structural engineering needs. Noel is proud to hold the distinction of being recognized as a special inspector by the State of Florida, granting him considerable responsibility in the safeguarding of the public well-being, in which he is permitted to oversee the construction of structures deemed to be threshold buildings, or buildings designed to be used as a designated hurricane shelter.
